In June 2013, PepsiCo Russia workers from warehouse, logistics and sales centre in Domodedovo (Moscow region) decided to unite and create a union to defend their rights and fight for fair conditions. The union joined the IUF-affiliated NOVOPROF and represents sales agents, merchandisers, truck drivers and forklift truck drivers.

"We are at the beginning of our way towards a proper representation of the PepsiCo employees in Domodedovo and Moscow. We are looking for the recognition and responsible behaviour of the management. We believe that becoming a part of international union organisation that represents PepsiCo workers globally is a right step towards our goals." said Sergey Fedotov,the chair of union committee

Union delegates of PepsiCo and Frito-Lay workers from different countries who joined the IUF PepsiCo and Frito-Lay Unions` Network meeting in Istanbul on September 18 and 19 2013 have welcomed the new organisation and are sending them messages of support and greetings on creating their own union.
