Police acting on the orders of local authorities have destroyed the solidarity camp continuously maintained on public space since October 12 by union members at the Hotel Tharabar Gate together with family members and supporters. In Utrecht, workers successfully shut down production at JDE for 24 hours, the duration of the strike.
